Hotel Omega - Gurgaon Central

The hotel is located in an easily accessible part of Gurgaon (Sector 45)It is very well lit, so hard to miss, and on the service lane right next to the main roadIt is very well manned, well trained staffed, and well stocked (food and in-room bar)A good place, which I often find myself choosing as a default choice to stay

Amazing guest service and super good staff.Biru and ganesh were the guys who do a commendable job.Very clean and very spacious room with all amenities in place.Great location .

Only could-be-better is the afternoon cook. Morning cook is great with nice selection of food. Afternoon/evening cook needs to be better for lunch and dinner

I book my rooms on booking.com app payment on arrival Booking.com shows me 2 room charge 7300 but on arrival hotel manager charge 8200 manager said gst extra but booking.com shows 7300

Nice and big rooms which were very clean and well lit. Great food and great staff made our stay extra comfortable. The staff accommodates requests for food customisation as well. Highly recommended overall.

The location shown on the map during booking is wrong. The location shown was next to taj city centre however the exact location is next to sakura hotel on the block about a kilometre away! This must be fixed.

Excellent customer service and all the staff are extremely helpful. We have loved this place so much that it has become 'home' for us while we are here. Crystal, Chandan, Abbas and Deepak are truly an asset for this hotel!

There's nothing to dislike at this place.

The property is well designed, with spacious rooms. They are exactly like the photographs on the website.The rooms have all standard amenities in good working conditions. The staff are courteous, polite and prompt. The supervisors like Mr.Mayur Hooda and Ms.Crystal are helpful and can be reached readily. Mr.Abbas - the restaurant manager is always attentive to the needs of all the guests.The property is well connected by public transport and is located in the vicinity of several businesses.Overall we had a good stay in a homely atmosphere.

Hotel Location is perfect, Hotel Staff is very humble and helpful, Room Size is also perfect. Also they have emergency medicine for us which is really appreciated. Note : Only for the Staff Behavior - I'm really want to stay whenever i'm visit Gurgaon again.

1. Please Provide Smart TV to watch Youtube and other OTT Contents because not everyone is watching Daily Soaps.2. Omega Kitchen Staff - Can Improve Food Quality; e.g. Biryani rice Quality is very low as per price and please include Stuff or plain Paratha's, Normal Tea (Cook on Gas) & Omelet in Breakfast menu, also they can improve Sambhar taste with lil Masala's.3. You Must have include these items in your welcome guest kit :-Shaving Kit / Disposable Slipper / Shaving Kit / Bathrobe.

Wifi connectivity had some issues, but staff was cooperative.

Nothing very bad service and air conditioner wasn't working I complaint at reception he shifted in another room but in second room also same problem And same condition of refrigerator it isn't working
